At Sarah, we put People First. Why? Because without our people, there is no Sarah. Simple as that. We’re in the business of building relationships, so how we treat people is critical to our success.
We take pride in building lasting relationships with our customers, and sub-contractors. The success of these relationships is achieved by the strong internal relationships that we foster.
Seamlessly working together is our key to success, so at Sarah it’s important that we listen to, support and respect one another.
We employ the best people. And we employ the right people. People that share Sarah’s values. It comes back to getting the right people into the right roles so we can deliver great outcomes. We put People First to safeguard the success of our business. We look after our team, so they can look after our clients and stakeholders. When we prioritise the individuals that make up the team, there’s nothing we can’t do. That’s why, at Sarah it is possible.
“We’ve got a level of commitment to our staff and our people that I’ve never experienced in another business,” explains Site Manager, Guy Woonton.

“At the end of the day,” says General Manager Adrian Esplin, “how we look after ourselves and our staff is fundamental.”
And it’s everyone’s job. “It’s the attitude of everybody around here that’s really important, in terms of not only how we operate as teams but also how we interact with our customers,” stresses James Sarah.
