About Terry Tsapaliaris
Drawing on over 24 years of industry experience across a broad range of project types, Terry delivers strategically aligned services across Sarah Constructions. A lateral thinker, Terry implements and executes the Sarah business strategy and ensures our systems and processes effectively and consistently support and develop our project teams.
Terry is responsible for driving business strategy through construction planning, strategic resourcing, design and digital. In collaboration with the executive team leaders of HR, QHSE and IT, Terry’s role is to ensure seamless and efficient support services across the business while driving continuous improvement.
Implementing a big picture perspective, Terry identifies individual skillsets and career aspirations within the business to build effective teams, ensuring the right people are equipped to deliver the right results.
Terry is passionate about supporting innovation and creative thinking to re-imagine and re-shape a better construction industry. About Salem Tredrea
Combining hands-on practical experience in planning and programming, with strategic knowledge to improve business performance, Salem delivers excellence for Sarah and our clients.
Salem is responsible for managing all projects falling under the Construction and Defence portfolio. This includes driving business development, ensuring successful project execution and providing oversight to the contract and construction managers within the portfolio.
Through a broad understanding of construction and high-level communication skills, Salem manages key project relationships from stakeholders through to contractors. He plays a critical role in achieving the portfolio’s growth and sales targets, maintaining high-quality, timely and efficient project delivery, and fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
About Jon Anderson
With over 18 years’ experience successfully delivering complex projects, Jon understands client needs and looks outside of the box to ensure the best possible solutions. Jon is responsible for managing all projects falling under the Modular & Emerging Markets portfolio. This includes driving business development, ensuring successful project execution and providing oversight to the contract and construction managers within the portfolio.
Combining structured problem solving and the ability to manage many moving parts, Jon delivers creative solutions through inspiring people to think differently and feel comfortable in trying new things. With over 18 years in construction and delivering large projects across multiple sectors, Ben is responsible for supporting business growth opportunities for Sarah Constructions, implementing practical construction knowledge to achieve positive outcomes and ensure strong market presence.
Ben supports the business to identify and secure new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline and overseeing and leading the estimating and tendering teams to develop award winning bids and proposals.
Providing support to the CEO and General Manager’s in client relationship management and development, Ben utilises his knowledge and expertise to identify and analyse opportunities to drive growth across all customer segments.
Driven to support innovative thinking and new building methodologies, Ben proactively seeks business opportunities that align with Sarah’s commitment to creative problem solving and continuous improvement of the construction industry.

About Amanda Del Rosario
Amanda is an experienced QHSE leader with over 7 years at Sarah. She has demonstrated versatility across various roles during her tenure and played a central role to numerous safety and strategic initiatives. Most recently, she has been instrumental to the successful delivery of Sarah’s operational Information Management System.
A Bachelor of Engineering (Civil & Architectural) and extensive on-site experience provide Amanda with a broad perspective. She brings technical knowledge, attention to detail, a methodical approach and effective communication to her current capacity as QHSE Manager.
Recognised for her professionalism and collaborative leadership style, Amanda excels in her involvement with QHSE functions. With proven capability managing stakeholders on complex projects, she takes a consultative approach to motivate teams towards a common goal.
Her key focus is on ‘Quality’, along with system improvement and finding efficiencies in current processes. In addition, Amanda plays a pivotal role in reporting to Executives and Senior Management while fostering positive relationships with regulatory authorities.

Through a collaborative and inclusive approach, Sean creates mitigating strategies to support the transition from concept drawing into detailed design. Sean provides informed insights to ensure buildability input helping to identify time constraints and potential scheduling issues at tender phase.
With a passion to support and assist the development of younger or inexperienced staff at Sarah, Sean provides informal mentoring and coaching to build internal capability. By sharing his knowledge, Sean provides inexperienced staff with the opportunity to work on more complicated projects, earlier in their career.
