Sarah’s approach to community engagement sponsorship is to support the people we do business with and the community groups we encounter when doing business.
As part of our business approach Sarah recognises that our involvement across key property sectors provides opportunities to engage not only with our direct clients but the extended community to interact, connect and contribute to building stronger relational networks through our industry.
Based on our core values, People, Collaboration, Solutions, Honour, we seek to understand the significance of our projects within the community and how the community needs, views and expectations can be considered during our planning and building processes.
The nature of our business is to facilitate and contribute to positive change and in doing so embracing opportunities that extend beyond our project knowledge and project scope for the benefit of others.
Our engagement opportunities are strengthened by our commitment to our Reconciliation Action Plan focusing on our learning of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture and establishing relationships to recognise and respect their importance in our communities.
We acknowledge the Kaurna people as the Traditional Owners of the land on which we live and work and we respect their people and culture – past present and future.
