He plays a key role in strengthening collaboration across HR, QHSE and IT, driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency across the business.

Salem combines practical construction expertise with strategic leadership to drive performance across Sarah’s Construction and Defence portfolios.

Known for his calm leadership style and clear communication, Salem fosters collaborative project environments that prioritise safety, quality and client satisfaction.

His focus remains firmly on delivering complex projects with precision while positioning the business for sustainable growth.

With more than 18 years’ experience delivering major projects across multiple sectors, Ben leads Sarah’s growth strategy and new business function.

Ben supports the business to identify and secure new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline and overseeing and leading the estimating, marketing and tendering teams to develop award winning bids and proposals.

Ben works closely with the Executive team to strengthen client relationships and identify strategic opportunities that align with Sarah’s long-term direction.

Driven by innovation and market insight, Ben supports initiatives that position Sarah as a trusted, forward-thinking construction partner.

Jon leads Sarah’s Modular portfolio, combining structured problem-solving with a forward-thinking mindset.

With over 18 years’ experience delivering complex projects, Jon brings clarity to multifaceted challenges and ensures modular and engineered solutions are delivered with precision and efficiency.

He oversees project delivery, business development and stakeholder relationships within the portfolio, while fostering a culture where innovation is encouraged and new thinking is supported.

Jon plays a key role in expanding Sarah’s capabilities in modular and off-site construction.

Dena leads Sarah’s Quality, Health, Safety, Environment and Sustainability function, embedding a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across the business.

With an engineering background and ongoing legal studies, Dena translates complex regulatory requirements into practical, workable systems that support safe, efficient project delivery.

She is committed to strengthening female participation within construction and safety and actively mentors women entering the industry.

Dena serves as Deputy Chairperson of the South Australian Construction Safety Alliance (SACSA), is a Master Builders SA HiViz member and an active NAWIC member.

Lewis brings international commercial experience to Sarah, leading strategic commercial and operational performance across the business.

With a disciplined and analytical approach, he strengthens financial governance, contract administration and business process improvement to enhance project outcomes.

A Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Lewis also contributes to the professional development of future project managers and contract administrators through his industry involvement.

His leadership ensures commercial integrity remains central to Sarah’s project delivery.

With more than 18 years’ experience, Marek leads Sarah’s estimating function with precision and strategic insight.

Drawing on strong relationships across the subcontractor and supplier network, he ensures competitive, well-considered tenders that reflect buildability, value and risk awareness.

Marek mentors emerging estimators within the team, supporting the development of technical excellence and professional standards that align with Sarah’s expectations.

Rob brings 16 years’ construction experience and a practical, people-focused leadership style to his role.

He prioritises open communication, fairness and accountability — ensuring project teams feel supported, empowered and clear on expectations.

Rob is passionate about developing future leaders within the business and invests time mentoring younger staff to strengthen capability across the industry.

Amanda is an experienced QHSE leader with a strong engineering background and a methodical, systems-driven approach.

She plays a key role in strengthening Sarah’s Information Management Systems and ensuring compliance, reporting and operational standards are upheld across projects.

Amanda collaborates closely with executives, project teams and regulators to drive continuous improvement and foster safe, high-performing environments.

Evan specialises in complex fit-out delivery, combining more than 20 years’ experience with a strong understanding of design intent and client needs.

A committed member of Sarah’s RAP Committee, Evan actively supports engagement with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander businesses and communities, strengthening partnerships and creating meaningful industry opportunities.

Luke combines over 10 years of construction experience with a practical, structured and solutions-focused approach to project delivery.

Known for his methodical planning and clear communication style, Luke proactively identifies potential challenges early and works collaboratively with his teams to implement effective, considered solutions.

His detail-oriented mindset ensures procedural requirements are translated seamlessly from planning through to on-site delivery.

He is also an active contributor to Sarah’s RAP initiatives, supporting the onboarding of Indigenous subcontractors and strengthening meaningful partnerships within the communities we work in.

He works closely with clients and project teams to ensure buildability is considered early, mitigating risk and strengthening project certainty.

With over 12 years’ experience in interior architecture, Danielle brings a collaborative and considered approach to every project.

She works closely with clients and stakeholders to clearly understand the brief — translating vision into well-resolved architectural documentation and buildable outcomes. A natural collaborator, Bel plays an active role beyond marketing. She is a member of Sarah’s RAP Working Group and contributes to the internal HSE Forum, supporting initiatives that strengthen culture, inclusion and safety across the business.

Bel also contributes to the broader industry as a member of the NAWIC Major Events Committee, supporting programs that promote and celebrate women in construction.

Charles leads Sarah’s people strategy with a calm, strategic and relationship-focused approach.

With experience across multiple industries, he aligns workforce planning, performance development and culture initiatives with broader organisational goals.

Charles works closely with leadership and teams to foster a positive, high-performing workplace that supports retention, engagement and long-term growth.

Alex leads Sarah’s digital and innovation strategy, leveraging over 11 years’ industry experience to improve workflow efficiency and project transparency.

An expert in 3D modelling, digital auditing and construction technology, Alex works proactively to enhance quality control and long-term project performance.

He collaborates with industry partners, including UniSA, to drive innovation in areas such as augmented reality, defect detection and construction waste reduction.

With 25 years’ experience in the construction industry, Claire leads the end-to-end management of Sarah’s tender submissions with precision and strategic insight.

Holding a Bachelor of Interior Architecture and a Cert IV in Work Health & Safety, she coordinates complex tender processes — shaping response strategies, aligning technical inputs and delivering cohesive, compelling submissions that reflect the strength of the Sarah team.

Claire thrives on collaboration within the New Business Team and takes pride in seeing successful tenders evolve into projects that deliver meaningful outcomes for clients and communities.
