Torrens Titled Townhouses Complement Existing Residential Landscape of Cedar Woods Development
Commencing in March 2021, construction of the $19.5M design and construct project of 62 Torrens titled luxury townhouses in Adelaide’s east, as a part of the premium award-winning development ‘Glenside’ has been completed. The turnkey two-storey dwellings come with high quality fixtures and finishes, complete with driveways, paths and landscaping. Coexisting amongst the striking heritage buildings, each townhouse features eye-catching materials, colours and textures which embody its serene surroundings.
Delivered during a period of material and labour shortages due to the pandemic, Sarah was able to split trade packages and source any long-time lead items upfront to avoid delays, whilst still adhering to the requirement to settle all townhouses before the end of the financial year – an important condition for the shareholders.
This project was awarded following the successful delivery of the $25M Botanica Apartments, and the $16.6M Stage 2 Grace Apartments, for client Cedar Woods.
Sarah maintained respectable relationships with the adjacent neighbours, Cedar Woods, the consultant design team, as well as the subcontractors on site. The Sarah team were always at the forefront with solutions and were proactive with mitigating risks that would affect the construction program or budget.
