Fast Paced Programming Delivers Quality LGA Fitout
The transformed office space for the Local Government Association in Adelaide CBD features open plan workstations, spacious meeting and training rooms, as well as a quiet space for staff wellness. The scope of this project covered fitout of the 800m2 space, including green wall displays in the foyer, furniture selections and joinery design.
Sarah Constructions was awarded the project following an open tender process against thirteen other builders. The client was delighted with the Sarah experience and end results, resulting in additional works to reconfigure the building foyer and End of Trip facility.
For Sarah Constructions, this project was an opportunity to showcase our diversity as a business, gain more exposure in the CBD office fitout space and to deliver a successful example of our capabilities.
Throughout the project, the team from Sarah Constructions provided good clear communication, both written and verbal and were always available to respond to any matters raised. It was very much a collaborative effort, and this contributed to an excellent and enjoyable project experience.
