Leading Industry Experience Delivers a Home-Away-From-Home to Exceed Client Vision

Located at 202 Greenhill Rd, the $27M redeveloped site for Cancer Council SA provides a new premises for information, research, support services and accommodation for South Australians impacted by Cancer.

The purpose-built facility brings together Cancer Councils operations with accommodation support for regional and remote South Australians travelling to Adelaide for treatment.

Construction included a multi-storey mixed use building providing office spaces, commercial tenancies, counselling rooms, shared dining and courtyard spaces on the Ground Level for staff and guests. Office area on Level One provides space for staff including research and support teams, whilst Levels Two to Five provides 120 accommodation rooms for guests. Accommodation rooms each include their own ensuite and kitchenette facilities, whilst shared kitchen, dining, laundry, guest lounge, balcony and terrace spaces are also provided on these levels to promote interaction between guests and support staff. In addition to landscaping around the perimeter of the main building, a multi-storey carpark is located at the rear of the site.
