Great views but an even better design.
Clayton Church Homes is a not-for-profit aged care provider, with both residential accommodation and independent living options available. The team at CCH knows that retirement isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution and retirees need a choice about how and where they live. That’s because they understand the age of retirement is different for different people. When CCH was looking to build 14 modern, independent living town houses for early retirees in Norwood, they needed a builder that could work efficiently in a complex inner city location.
“I am proud and very happy with the project and the way Sarah Constructions have once again provided Clayton Church Homes with a quality facility.
At this time I am unsure of our next project, but I am sure Sarah Constructions will be asked to tender for whatever it is. The working relationship and your quality of workmanship clearly indicates to me we will be working together again in the future.
Thank you and once again congratulations to your team.”

Sarah Value-Add
Sarah was engaged to design and construct the 14 architecturally-designed townhouses, which ranged from single bedroom through to large, four-bedroom retirement dwellings. There was an expectation that these beautiful townhouses had an upmarket look and feel, which would fit in nicely with the surrounding leafy suburb of Norwood.
The site is located just off Norwood Parade, so the townhouses needed to be very secure, plus have undercover parking and lock-up storage facilities. They also needed to include three lifts for residents. Sarah has a long track record of working efficiently in tight spaces and at complicated locations. The lack of storage and preparation areas was always going to make this project trickier than most, but achievable for an experienced builder like Sarah.
