Construction Graduate Program
Kick-start your construction career with structured learning, mentoring, and diverse project experience.
A 12-month program that builds foundational commercial construction capability through hands-on learning and guided development. It offers diverse project exposure, mentoring, and technical development to prepare graduates for their next step in commercial construction.
(Must have completed a recognised bachelor’s degree in a construction discipline)
Trainee Safety Officer Program
Start your safety career with practical on-site learning and nationally recognised development.
This program provides real-world safety management experience supported by mentoring and formal qualifications. It provides practical, on-the-job experience in safety management, supported by mentoring and nationally recognised training.
(Construction industry experience or studying a recognised certificate IV in work health safety environment)
Trainee Site Supervisor Program
Build supervisory capability from the ground up with hands-on site experience and guided training.
A hands-on 18-month program designed for early-career talent to gain on-site experience, key qualifications, and foundational leadership skills.
(Completed a recognised construction trade apprenticeship, or significant construction industry experience)
Contract Administrator Program
Develop strong commercial capability across contracts, procurement, and project financials.
A structured pathway building commercial and contract administration capability, including exposure to project finances, procurement, and stakeholder coordination.
