ECH, Encore Apartments

One of Australia’s first retirement villages to incorporate a Montessori Early Learning Centre (ELC), Encore Apartments offers spacious, contemporary apartments set in a vertical village comprised of 8-storey and 4-storey apartment buildings with basement parking. The buildings are connected by a linkway and café with dining area to service the site.

The scope of the project included construction and fit-out of all floors including basement car parks, 77 independent living apartments, community garden, café, community lounge, roadways, visitor carparks, pedestrian paths, landscaping, urban farm area with raised planter beds, and outdoor seating.

The Smart Road Development allows for independent living residents to interact with the ELC, creating a one-of-a kind community whilst providing opportunities for inter-generational activities. The project further demonstrates Sarah Constructions’ capabilities and skills to successfully deliver multi-storey construction in a cost-effective and timely manner.
