Efficiency & Quality Brings Luxury Living To Parkside
Sarah Constructions has successfully delivered Grace Apartments, the next stage of Cedar Woods’ prestigious residential development in Glenside. An intimate group of 42 apartments over 4 levels located within a parkland setting, overlooking Adelaide’s heritage building precinct. Grace Apartments has been built to a 7-Star NatHERs rating for sustainable living.
Sarah Constructions was awarded the project, through competitive tender, upon successful delivery of the Botanica Apartments. Scope included construction of one, two and three bedroom apartments, external landscaping, recreation area, underground carpark and architectural signage.
Redefining luxury living, Botanica and Grace Apartments are the jewels in Cedar Woods’ crown within the Glenside precinct. For Sarah Constructions, both projects are an example of the team’s commitment to client needs, especially on-time delivery, cost savings and defect-free handover.
