World Class Education Facilities Achieved Through Trusted, Reliable Delivery
Two brand new birth to year 12 schools (B -12) Aldinga Payinthi College and Angle Vale Riverbank College were delivered via a Public Private Partnership (PPP) project, awarded by the South Australian State Government. Following a comprehensive procurement process, TESA Education comprising Tetris Capital, Dutch Infrastructure Fund, Sarah Constructions, and ISS Services was awarded the contract.
Designed to empower educators to engage learners, each school incorporates modern and contemporary learning environments with strong connections between internal and external learning spaces. Both schools will include Performing Arts theatres, Libraries and Entrepreneurial Hubs, VET Kitchen and on-site Cafeteria, Primary and Secondary Gym facilities, Courts and Ovals.
Both schools were completed and operational on time, ready for the first term of the 2022 academic school year. The high level logistical and management requirements of this project and its successful delivery, showcased Sarah’s exemplary construction management, communication and relationship building skills.
