Sunrise Christian School, Sunrise Christian School Stage 1A

As part of a 10-year development plan with Marion Council, Sarah Constructions secured the first stage of Sunrise Christian School Marion’s redevelopment works. The $4.6M Stage 1A works include an all-new Early Learning Centre (ELC), a new covered outdoor learning area (COLA) and existing build and lift refurbishment works. The works also included the demolition of two neighbouring residential houses which were converted into a carpark.
A new nature play area was also incorporated into the package, although not initially planned for, Sarah was able to advocate for this addition which was delivered within tight time constraints.

Located on the corner of Marion and Sturt Road, the prominent ELC will provide a central destination for parents coming from the South into the city and the surrounding Marion area.
