Mixed modular and traditional construction achieves optimal client outcomes

Delivered with mixed method construction, incorporating traditional construction for decking areas and bespoke modular classrooms, Victor Harbour High School is thrilled with their exciting new facilities.

The project includes 3 new learning spaces and student bathrooms, the redevelopment of land and construction of external decking for the outside learning area. Classrooms were constructed with fully volumetric modular systems with structural steel floor, walls and bespoke roof modules to achieve higher than standard classroom height.

Works included services upgrades, and civil works to support the large outdoor decking and shade structures. Sarah’s flexible approach and problem-solving design solutions enabled the school to achieve maximum outcomes within tight budget constraints.

Sarah’s innovation and problem solving skills were evident in adapting modular systems to meet transport height requirements.
